Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu is tucked away near Nakamise shopping street.
We have expanded to six floors,
but are still have the heartfelt hospitality of an old,
wooden two-story ryokan.
This inn is a perfect fit for the atmosphere of Asakusa,
offering an array of Japanese-style rooms.

When you step into the Japanese cypress bath on the sixth floor
and watch the silhouette of Senso-ji Temple's five-storied pagoda as the evening sky darkens,
we hope that you'll feel appreciation for a day well spent,
and a deep sense of relaxing self-care.
